V zim\u011b se \u010dasto pot\u00fdk\u00e1me s nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem studen\u00fdch nohou &#8211; a na n\u011bj se ve sv\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku zam\u011b\u0159ili <em><strong>MUDr. Vladim\u00edra Strnadelov\u00e1<\/strong> a <strong>Jan Zerz\u00e1n z <strong>Institutu celostn\u00ed medic\u00edny<\/strong><\/strong>&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edch obdob\u00ed je b\u011b\u017enou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed, kterou vn\u00edm\u00e1me jak pocitov\u011b, tak zm\u011bnou sv\u00e9ho \u0161atn\u00edku. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch lid\u00ed p\u0159echod na zimu p\u0159edstavuje pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u2014 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jde o jedince, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou hodn\u011b zimom\u0159iv\u00ed a st\u00e1le maj\u00ed studen\u00e9 ruce a nohy<\/strong>. Pro\u010d k&nbsp;tomu doch\u00e1z\u00ed a co jednoduch\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat pro sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, abychom zimu zvl\u00e1dli dob\u0159e a nevedlo to k oslaben\u00ed na\u0161eho zdrav\u00ed.<br>Studen\u00e9 ruce, nohy a celkov\u00e1 zimom\u0159ivost m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u00edce p\u0159\u00ed\u010din. Jednou z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din je slab\u0161\u00ed funkce ledvin, tedy sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed jej\u00ed zateplovac\u00ed slo\u017eky \u2014 jangu ledvin. V\u011bt\u0161inou m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt i o vrozenou dispozici, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s pak prov\u00e1z\u00ed velkou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i jednou z p\u0159\u00ed\u010din n\u011bkter\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, jako je \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nemocnost, anginy, gynekologick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a podobn\u011b. Oslaben\u00ed jangu ledvin si m\u016f\u017eeme akutn\u011b \u010di chronicky vytvo\u0159it i b\u011bhem \u017eivota nevhodnou stravou, nemocemi \u010di jin\u00fdmi z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kdy\u017e mus\u00edme us\u00ednat v pono\u017ek\u00e1ch<\/strong><br>Jak u\u017e bylo uvedeno, nedostatek jangu ledvin se projevuje studen\u00fdma rukama a nohama, kdy je \u010dasto nutn\u00e9 us\u00ednat v pono\u017ek\u00e1ch. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i studen\u00fd zade\u010dek a n\u011bkdy tak\u00e9 nos. Obecn\u011b se v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zimom\u0159ivost, hlavn\u011b v obdob\u00edch chladu, projevuje i na zhor\u0161en\u00ed psychiky, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve smyslu v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho strachu a celkov\u00e9 nepohody.<br>Kdy\u017e o sv\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech v\u00edme a p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme o nich, m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat hned n\u011bkolik v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry na\u0161e probl\u00e9my kompenzuj\u00ed a vyrovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed v organismu chlad a teplo. T\u00edm n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161e zvl\u00e1dneme a netrp\u00edme \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi dal\u0161\u00edmi zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my. Zah\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed a ochlazuj\u00edc\u00ed slo\u017eka ledvin, tedy jin a jang ledvin, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 pro teplotn\u00ed pohodu organismu, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje vnit\u0159n\u00edmu i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu stavu a teplot\u011b. Na \u00farovni ledvin jde i o harmonii mezi vodou a sol\u00ed, kdy voda je slo\u017eka ochlazuj\u00edc\u00ed a s\u016fl je slo\u017eka zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed. Toto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit i ve vztahu k na\u0161emu \u017eivotu a strav\u011b. V zim\u011b se p\u0159irozen\u011b v\u00edce obl\u00e9k\u00e1me v\u00edce a nos\u00edme teplej\u0161\u00ed obuv. To je z hlediska ledvin d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, nebo\u0165 na plosce nohy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha ledvin a zateplen\u00ed nohou je prvn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem teplotn\u00ed pohody. Stejn\u011b bychom se ale m\u011bli chovat i p\u0159i j\u00eddle. Znamen\u00e1 to neoslabovat se nadbytkem tekutin, ochlazuj\u00edc\u00ed potravou \u010di n\u00e1poji. V zim\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me v\u00edce soli i tuku a sna\u017e\u00edme se vyvarovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed syrov\u00e9 zeleniny, ovoce, \u0161\u0165\u00e1v a podobn\u011b.<br>Tak\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eeme pomoci obklady, ale zde je t\u0159eba b\u00fdt opatrn\u00fd na prost\u0159edek, j\u00edm\u017e na\u0161e, velmi citliv\u00e9 ledviny, zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me. Jak ji\u017e bylo \u0159e\u010deno, ledviny pracuj\u00ed s harmoni\u00ed mezi vodou a sol\u00ed (voda je slo\u017eka ochlazuj\u00edc\u00ed a s\u016fl zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed). Proto je nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zah\u0159\u00edvat ledviny teplou sol\u00ed. Soln\u00e9 obklady jsou velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, nel\u00e9\u010d\u00ed ledviny jako takov\u00e9, ale pom\u00e1haj\u00ed jim kompenzovat zm\u011bny po\u010das\u00ed a tak\u00e9 n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u00fdkyvy zdravotn\u00edho stavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soln\u00e9 zah\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed obklady<\/strong><br>Vezmeme pytl\u00edk jak\u00e9koli soli, vysypeme ho na pek\u00e1\u010dek a v troub\u011b oh\u0159ejeme tak, aby s\u016fl byla hork\u00e1. Jinou mo\u017enost\u00ed je oh\u0159\u00e1t s\u016fl na p\u00e1nvi, nikoliv&nbsp;v\u0161ak v mikrovlnn\u00e9 troub\u011b. Pak ji vysypeme do bavln\u011bn\u00e9ho pytl\u00edku (nap\u0159. do obalu od pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159ku) a zav\u00e1\u017eeme zezadu t\u011bla na oblast ledvin. Nech\u00e1me p\u016fsobit, ne\u017e ochladne. S\u016fl m\u016f\u017eeme pou\u017e\u00edt i 15x stejnou, pak ji vym\u011bn\u00edme.<br>Podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee s\u016fl mus\u00edme oh\u0159\u00edvat samostatn\u011b. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee ji po aplikaci v\u017edy z&nbsp;bavln\u011bn\u00e9ho pytl\u00edku vysypeme, nah\u0159ejeme a pot\u00e9 ji do pytl\u00edku nasypeme znovu. Nikdy s\u016fl neoh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me v&nbsp;bavln\u011b!
