Co d\u011blat pro to, aby na\u0161e t\u011bla nebyla skl\u00e1dkou odpad\u016f?<\/strong> Odpov\u011b\u010f hledali ve sv\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch na\u0161i auto\u0159i&#8230; <br>\u010ct\u011bte na <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/emedunka.cz\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"emedunka.cz\">emedunka.cz<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cl\u00e1nek <strong>Jak n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017eou pom\u00e1hat i \u0161kodit miner\u00e1ly a t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy<\/strong> <strong>p\u0159ipravila <em>prof. RNDr. Anna Struneck\u00e1, DrSc.<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>v\u011bdkyn\u011b, badatelka<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes nikdo nepochybuje o u\u017eite\u010dnosti miner\u00e1l\u016f pro udr\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. Tyto l\u00e1tky se v\u0161eobecn\u011b doporu\u010duj\u00ed k&nbsp;prevenci nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch nemoc\u00ed od ch\u0159ipky po rakovinu i rekonvalescenci. Pro informaci proto uv\u00e1d\u00edm tabulku \u010d.1, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje uk\u00e1zky miner\u00e1l\u016f v&nbsp;podob\u011b izolovan\u00fdch prvk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za nezbytn\u00e9 a kl\u00ed\u010dov\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 od po\u010det\u00ed a\u017e do pokro\u010dil\u00e9ho v\u011bku.\u00a8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabulka 1. Teprve kdy\u017e se projev\u00ed nedostatek n\u011bkter\u00e9ho miner\u00e1lu, jako je nap\u0159. nedostatek \u017eeleza p\u0159i chudokrevnosti, nebo nedostatek ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku p\u0159i k\u0159e\u010d\u00edch ve svalech, za\u010dneme analyzovat, co n\u00e1m chyb\u00ed a jak\u00e9 potraviny bychom m\u011bli do sv\u00e9 stravy p\u0159id\u00e1vat.\u00a0 \u017deny v plodn\u00e9m v\u011bku, t\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny a d\u011bti jsou obecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za osoby s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu \u017eeleza, zat\u00edmco nedostatek ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku je b\u011b\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m v populaci EU, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 odhady uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed a\u017e 50% pod\u00edl lid\u00ed v Evrop\u011b s nedostate\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem tohoto miner\u00e1lu.\u00a0Hlavn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami jsou nezdrav\u00e1 a nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 strava s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, zhor\u0161en\u00e1 kvalita potravin a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 spot\u0159eba ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku u n\u011bkter\u00fdch skupin obyvatel, jako jsou sportovci, t\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny a senio\u0159i.\u00a0Nedostatek se projevuje svalov\u00fdmi k\u0159e\u010demi, \u00fanavou, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost\u00ed, nespavost\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u00edvat k z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm.\u00a0Nedostate\u010dn\u00fd je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjem v\u00e1pn\u00edku u dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch a senior\u016f. Zjednodu\u0161en\u00fd p\u0159ehled nab\u00edz\u00ed pro zv\u00eddav\u00e9 \u010dten\u00e1\u0159e moje kn\u00ed\u017eka <em>Jak n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017eou pom\u00e1hat a \u0161kodit miner\u00e1ly a vitaminy.<\/em><br>Miner\u00e1ly tvo\u0159\u00ed asi 6 % hmotnosti t\u011bla. S humorem uv\u00e1d\u00edm, \u017ee lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo obsahuje v\u00e1pno na umyt\u00ed kurn\u00edku a s\u00edru posta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed na to, aby zbavila jednoho psa blech, fosfor pro v\u00fdrobu 220 z\u00e1palek a \u017eelezo na ukov\u00e1n\u00ed 4 h\u0159eb\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co jsou t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy<\/strong><br>V\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1me mnoho dotaz\u016f od \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016f na problematiku t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f, a proto se jim v\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku budeme v\u011bnovat.<em> <\/em>Jako kovy ozna\u010dujeme chemick\u00e9 prvky s charakteristick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi, jako je kovov\u00fd lesk, elektrick\u00e1 a tepeln\u00e1 vodivost a tak\u00e9 tv\u00e1rnost.\u00a0<br>Nejd\u0159\u00edve \u0161lo o ozna\u010den\u00ed toxick\u00fdch kov\u016f jako je rtu\u0165, olovo a kadmium, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hustotu ne\u017e \u017eelezo. Pozd\u011bji se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee zavla\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pol\u00ed se zeleninou recyklovanou odpadn\u00ed vodou, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pesticid\u016f a chemick\u00fdch hnojiv m\u016f\u017ee rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edvat k\u00a0hromad\u011bn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f v\u00a0potravinov\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmi se proto st\u00e1vaj\u00ed i zdravotn\u00ed rizika s\u00a0konzumac\u00ed arsenu a niklu.<br>Vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00edm zdravotn\u00edch rizik a specifick\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed hlin\u00edku se ale v\u00a0tomto zab\u00fdvat nebudu a \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016fm slibuji podrobn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9m z\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch vyd\u00e1n\u00ed Medu\u0148ky. Zde uvedu jen kr\u00e1tce, \u017ee hlin\u00edk je t\u0159et\u00ed nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kov v\u00a0zemsk\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee a jak medic\u00edna, tak \u0161irok\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost ho pova\u017euje za zcela ne\u0161kodn\u00fd pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b b\u011bhem evoluce organism\u016f hlin\u00edk pou\u017eit nebyl a lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo ho p\u0159irozen\u011b v\u016fbec neobsahuje. Jeho sou\u010dasn\u00e9 hojn\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed do vakc\u00edn, l\u00e9k\u016f i potravin proto vede k v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm rizik\u016fm, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee vyvol\u00e1vat, a tak\u00e9 se tak d\u011bje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toxicita rtuti<\/strong><br>Rtu\u0165 je toxick\u00e1 ve v\u0161ech sv\u00fdch podob\u00e1ch a po plutoniu nejjedovat\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prvkem.<br>Expozice rtuti m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat poruchy imunity, naru\u0161it neurologick\u00e9 a motorick\u00e9 funkce a tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit poruchy chov\u00e1n\u00ed. I ve velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch je\u00a0 rtu\u0165 toxick\u00e1 pro v\u0161echny tk\u00e1n\u011b a org\u00e1ny lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Lid\u00e9 jsou v\u0161ak dnes vystaveni p\u0159\u00edjmu rtuti ze \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed zejm\u00e9na z amalgamu v zubn\u00edch v\u00fdpln\u00edch nebo p\u0159i konzumaci mo\u0159sk\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f. Zdrojem rtuti mohou b\u00fdt i mnoh\u00e9 kosmetick\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, farmaceutika a l\u00e9\u010diva, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed anorganick\u00e9 soli jednomocn\u00e9 a dvojmocn\u00e9 rtuti. Jsou to nap\u0159\u00edklad zubn\u00ed pasty, roztoky pro kontaktn\u00ed \u010do\u010dky, testy na alergii a imunoterapii, antiseptik a, dezinfek\u010dn\u00ed roztoky. Rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 diskuse vyvol\u00e1val na p\u0159elomu stolet\u00ed thimerosal ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch jako mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho v\u00fdskytu autismu. V\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch si bl\u00ed\u017ee probereme tyto z\u00e1kladn\u00ed zdroje rtuti: amalgamov\u00e9 plomby, potraviny a vakc\u00edny.<br>Podle \u00fadaj\u016f WHO se za tolerovatelnou denn\u00ed d\u00e1vku rtuti pova\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed 0,1 mg\/kg hmotnosti pro organickou rtu\u0165 a 2 mg\/kg hmotnosti pro anorganickou rtu\u0165. Denn\u00ed expozice rtuti je podle \u00fadaj\u016f WHO z\u00a0roku 2000 u Evropan\u016f 18kr\u00e1t ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pro anorganickou rtu\u0165 a asi 2,5\u00d7 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 hodnota pro organickou rtu\u0165. Expozi\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1vka rtuti zji\u0161\u0165ovan\u00e1 na dvan\u00e1cti m\u00edstech \u010cR je velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1 a pro \u010deskou populaci p\u0159edstavuje maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 1,4\u20132,3 % standardu WHO.<br><strong>Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch zdroj\u016f rtuti jsou exhalace z pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby \u2014 bakterie v jezerech, \u0159ek\u00e1ch a oce\u00e1nech p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed element\u00e1rn\u00ed rtu\u0165 na organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (zejm\u00e9na metylrtu\u0165), kter\u00e9 se pak akumuluj\u00ed ve tk\u00e1n\u00edch vodn\u00edch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f, a tak vstupuj\u00ed do potravinov\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f. <\/strong>Velc\u00ed mo\u0159\u0161t\u00ed \u017eivo\u010dichov\u00e9, jako jsou nap\u0159. <strong>\u017eraloci, tu\u0148\u00e1ci, me\u010douni a velryby<\/strong> pak p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed hlavn\u00ed zdroje p\u0159\u00edjmu rtuti potravou.<br>K\u00a0masov\u00fdm otrav\u00e1m obyvatel do\u0161lo po roce 1950 v\u00a0Japonsku v\u00a0z\u00e1toce Minamata, kde chemi\u010dka koncernu Chisso vypou\u0161t\u011bla do mo\u0159e odpady, kter\u00e9 se nikdo neobt\u011b\u017eoval \u010distit. Ryby byly kontaminov\u00e1ny v d\u016fsledku obsahu odpadn\u00edch l\u00e1tek vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch do mo\u0159e z tov\u00e1rny na v\u00fdrobu plast\u016f. P\u0159\u00edznaky se pr\u00fd nejprve objevily u ko\u010dek, kter\u00e9 \u00fadajn\u011b \u201etan\u010dily a zp\u00edvaly\u201c po ulic\u00edch p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e zem\u0159ely. U lid\u00ed z tohoto m\u011bsta se objevila ztr\u00e1ta perifern\u00edho c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed, t\u0159es, ataxie, dysartrie a ztr\u00e1ta sluchu a zraku. Jako kovy ozna\u010dujeme chemick\u00e9 prvky s charakteristick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi, jako je kovov\u00fd lesk, elektrick\u00e1 a tepeln\u00e1 vodivost a tak\u00e9 tv\u00e1rnost.\u00a0Nejd\u0159\u00edve \u0161lo o ozna\u010den\u00ed toxick\u00fdch kov\u016f jako je rtu\u0165, olovo a kadmium, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hustotu ne\u017e \u017eelezo. Pozd\u011bji se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee zavla\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pol\u00ed se zeleninou recyklovanou odpadn\u00ed vodou, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pesticid\u016f a chemick\u00fdch hnojiv m\u016f\u017ee rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edvat k\u00a0hromad\u011bn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f v\u00a0potravinov\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmi se proto st\u00e1vaj\u00ed i zdravotn\u00ed rizika s\u00a0konzumac\u00ed arsenu a niklu.Vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00edm zdravotn\u00edch rizik a specifick\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed hlin\u00edku se ale v\u00a0tomto zab\u00fdvat nebudu a \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016fm slibuji podrobn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9m z\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch vyd\u00e1n\u00ed Medu\u0148ky. Zde uvedu jen kr\u00e1tce, \u017ee hlin\u00edk je t\u0159et\u00ed nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kov v\u00a0zemsk\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee a jak medic\u00edna, tak \u0161irok\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost ho pova\u017euje za zcela ne\u0161kodn\u00fd pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Toxicita rtutiRtu\u0165 je toxick\u00e1 ve v\u0161ech sv\u00fdch podob\u00e1ch a po plutoniu nejjedovat\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prvkem.Expozice rtuti m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat poruchy imunity, naru\u0161it neurologick\u00e9 a motorick\u00e9 funkce a tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit poruchy chov\u00e1n\u00ed. I ve velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch je\u00a0 rtu\u0165 toxick\u00e1 pro v\u0161echny tk\u00e1n\u011b a org\u00e1ny lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Lid\u00e9 jsou v\u0161ak dnes vystaveni p\u0159\u00edjmu rtuti ze \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed zejm\u00e9na z amalgamu v zubn\u00edch v\u00fdpln\u00edch nebo p\u0159i konzumaci mo\u0159sk\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f. Zdrojem rtuti mohou b\u00fdt i mnoh\u00e9 kosmetick\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, farmaceutika a l\u00e9\u010diva, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed anorganick\u00e9 soli jednomocn\u00e9 a dvojmocn\u00e9 rtuti. Jsou to nap\u0159\u00edklad zubn\u00ed pasty, roztoky pro kontaktn\u00ed \u010do\u010dky, testy na alergii a imunoterapii, antiseptik a, dezinfek\u010dn\u00ed roztoky. Rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 diskuse vyvol\u00e1val na p\u0159elomu stolet\u00ed thimerosal ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch jako mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho v\u00fdskytu autismu. V\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch si bl\u00ed\u017ee probereme tyto z\u00e1kladn\u00ed zdroje rtuti: amalgamov\u00e9 plomby, potraviny a vakc\u00edny.Podle \u00fadaj\u016f WHO se za tolerovatelnou denn\u00ed d\u00e1vku rtuti pova\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed 0,1 mg\/kg hmotnosti pro organickou rtu\u0165 a 2 mg\/kg hmotnosti pro anorganickou rtu\u0165. Denn\u00ed expozice rtuti je podle \u00fadaj\u016f WHO z\u00a0roku 2000 u Evropan\u016f 18kr\u00e1t ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pro anorganickou rtu\u0165 a asi 2,5\u00d7 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 hodnota pro organickou rtu\u0165. Expozi\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1vka rtuti zji\u0161\u0165ovan\u00e1 na dvan\u00e1cti m\u00edstech \u010cR je velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1 a pro \u010deskou populaci p\u0159edstavuje maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 1,4\u20132,3 % standardu WHO.Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch zdroj\u016f rtuti jsou exhalace z pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby \u2014 bakterie v jezerech, \u0159ek\u00e1ch a oce\u00e1nech p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed element\u00e1rn\u00ed rtu\u0165 na organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (zejm\u00e9na metylrtu\u0165), kter\u00e9 se pak akumuluj\u00ed ve tk\u00e1n\u00edch vodn\u00edch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f, a tak vstupuj\u00ed do potravinov\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f. Velc\u00ed mo\u0159\u0161t\u00ed \u017eivo\u010dichov\u00e9, jako jsou nap\u0159. \u017eraloci, tu\u0148\u00e1ci, me\u010douni a velryby pak p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed hlavn\u00ed zdroje p\u0159\u00edjmu rtuti potravou.K\u00a0masov\u00fdm otrav\u00e1m obyvatel do\u0161lo po roce 1950 v\u00a0Japonsku v\u00a0z\u00e1toce Minamata, kde chemi\u010dka koncernu Chisso vypou\u0161t\u011bla do mo\u0159e odpady, kter\u00e9 se nikdo neobt\u011b\u017eoval \u010distit. Ryby byly kontaminov\u00e1ny v d\u016fsledku obsahu odpadn\u00edch l\u00e1tek vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch do mo\u0159e z tov\u00e1rny na v\u00fdrobu plast\u016f. P\u0159\u00edznaky se pr\u00fd nejprve objevily u ko\u010dek, kter\u00e9 \u00fadajn\u011b \u201etan\u010dily a zp\u00edvaly\u201c po ulic\u00edch p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e zem\u0159ely. U lid\u00ed z tohoto m\u011bsta se objevila ztr\u00e1ta perifern\u00edho c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed, t\u0159es, ataxie, dysartrie a ztr\u00e1ta sluchu a zraku.
