Sv\u011bt aminokyselin a jejich \u00fa\u010dink\u016f je ale fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed &#8211; a hlavn\u011b n\u00e1s tyto l\u00e1tky z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed po str\u00e1nce t\u011blesn\u00e9 i du\u0161evn\u00ed. T\u00e9matem aminokyselin se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 knize <em><strong>Aminokyseliny, molekuly \u017eivota<\/strong><\/em> na\u0161e spolupracovnice <strong><em>prof. Nejv\u00edce ho nalezneme ve <strong>vejc\u00edch, tresce, lososovi, kr\u016ft\u00edm mase, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, brambor\u00e1ch, ovesn\u00fdch zrnech, lu\u0161t\u011bnin\u00e1ch \u010di v ban\u00e1nech<\/strong>. Doporu\u010den\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u00e9to aminokyseliny za den se pohybuje mezi<strong> 200\u2013400 mg.<\/strong><br><strong>Synt\u00e9za serotoninu a melatoninu prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00a0\u0161i\u0161ince.<\/strong> \u0160i\u0161inka synchronizuje denn\u00ed rytmy prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sekrece hormonu melatoninu, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 ze serotoninu a ten z\u00a0aminokyseliny tryptofanu. Rytmus dne a noci \u2013 sv\u011btla a tmy \u2013 je tak p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bn do chemick\u00fdch sign\u00e1l\u016f hormon\u016f. Tvorba a vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed melatoninu m\u00e1 maximum v\u00a0noci (za tmy), zat\u00edmco ve dne (za sv\u011btla) se tvo\u0159\u00ed serotonin. Koncentrace serotoninu je v\u00a0\u0161i\u0161ince mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0jin\u00fdch oblastech mozku. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eet pozitivn\u00ed n\u00e1ladu, optim\u00e1ln\u00ed relaxaci a ment\u00e1ln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu. Melatonin m\u00e1 v\u00a0lidsk\u00e9m organismu celou \u0159adu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch regula\u010dn\u00edch funkc\u00ed (obr.4). Je proto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 db\u00e1t na jeho synt\u00e9zu jednak dostate\u010dnou dod\u00e1vkou tryptofanu, jednak sp\u00e1nkem ve tm\u011b.<br><strong>Tyrosin<\/strong> je\u00a0<strong>neesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyselina<\/strong>. Spolu s\u00a0fenylalaninem je\u00a0<strong>prekurzorem<\/strong>\u00a0pro biosynt\u00e9zu <strong>katecholamin\u016f, jako jsou adrenalin, noradrenalin a dopamin<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>v\u00a0rostlinn\u00fdch, tak v \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin\u00e1ch, <\/strong>Tyrosin se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0potravin\u00e1ch jako je ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso, kr\u016ft\u00ed maso, hov\u011bz\u00ed maso, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, ke\u0161u o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky, d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka, fazole, tu\u0148\u00e1k, ban\u00e1ny, \u0161pen\u00e1t a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch potravin. Zastoupen\u00fd je v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 v ovoci, obsahuje ho avok\u00e1do a ban\u00e1n. <strong>Jeho dostate\u010dn\u00e1 hladina m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed vliv na\u00a0vitalitu, koncentraci<\/strong>, <strong>ale tak\u00e9 na<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>norm\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci svalstva.<\/strong><br><strong>Adrenalin<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>noradrenalin<\/strong>\u00a0jsou stresov\u00e9 hormony, kter\u00e9 se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve vypjat\u00fdch situac\u00edch.\u00a0<strong>Zvy\u0161uj\u00ed tepovou frekvenci<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>hladinu cukru v krvi.<\/strong>\u00a0\u0158\u00edk\u00e1me, \u017ee d\u00e1vaj\u00ed organismu povel k\u00a0boji nebo k\u00a0\u00fat\u011bku. Tato <a>neurodegenerativn\u00ed choroba <\/a><\/strong>postihuje kolem 1 % osob star\u0161\u00edch 60 let.\u00a0Hlavn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edznaky jsou klidov\u00fd t\u0159es, mimovoln\u00ed pohyby, ztuhlost n\u011bkter\u00fdch sval\u016f, nahrben\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla a mal\u00e9 kr\u016f\u010dky p\u0159i ch\u016fzi. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se takto posti\u017een\u00fdm lidem t\u0159esou ruce, kdy\u017e jsou v klidu, nap\u0159\u00edklad voln\u011b na kl\u00edn\u011b (kdy\u017e pacient sed\u00ed) nebo vis\u00ed pod\u00e9l t\u011bla (kdy\u017e pacient stoj\u00ed). Krom\u011b toho se vyskytuj\u00ed nemotorick\u00e9 projevy, jako je deprese, kognitivn\u00ed poruchy, nespavost, sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkce, ztr\u00e1ta \u010dichu, z\u00e1cpa a dal\u0161\u00ed.\u00a0 V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 Parkinsonova nemoc \u010dast\u011bji prov\u00e1zena ztr\u00e1tou kontroly nad emocemi a ztr\u00e1tou pam\u011bti jako u Alzheimerovy nemoci. Tato nemoc\u00a0je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 ji\u017e od starov\u011bku, av\u0161ak p\u0159es intenzivn\u00ed v\u00fdzkum je dosud nevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm.<br>Existuj\u00ed ale l\u00e9ky i dopl\u0148ky, je\u017e <strong>zvy\u0161uj\u00ed produkci<\/strong> <em><strong>dopaminu<\/strong><\/em><strong>, a p\u016fsob\u00ed tak<\/strong> <strong>pozitivn\u011b na<\/strong> <strong>mozkovou tk\u00e1\u0148 a nervov\u00e9 funkce<\/strong>. Jako l\u00e9k se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 <strong>prekurzor\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong>dopaminu<\/strong><\/em><strong> levodopa<\/strong> (dihydroxyfenylalanin). V organismu <strong>vznik\u00e1 z\u00a0tyrosinu<\/strong>. Tato aminokyselina se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed synteticky, av\u0161ak p\u0159irozen\u011b se vyskytuje v\u00a0semenech sametov\u00fdch fazol\u00ed (<em>Mucuna pruriens<\/em>), pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch po stalet\u00ed. Na trhu jsou dostupn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed <em>M. pruriens<\/em>.\u00a0Pro pacienty s\u00a0Parkinsonovou nemoc\u00ed jsou popul\u00e1rn\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky z\u00a0konop\u00ed. Kanabinoidy a produkty z nich, jako je CBD olej, mohou pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit neurologick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt.
