Proch\u00e1zkov\u00e9 Podzimn\u00ed \u010darov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/em>, kter\u00e1 vy\u0161la v medu\u0148kov\u00e9 edici)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>\u0160\u00edpkov\u00fd ke\u0159 zn\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s. Je to okrasa p\u0159\u00edrody, na ja\u0159e kvete r\u016f\u017eov\u011b a p\u011bkn\u011b von\u00ed, na podzim je zase ozdoben\u00fd kr\u00e1sn\u011b \u010derven\u00fdmi \u0161\u00edpky.<\/strong> \u0160\u00edpkov\u00e1 r\u016f\u017ee je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na odnepam\u011bti. \u0158\u00edman\u00e9 \u0161\u00edpkovou r\u016f\u017ei zasl\u00edbili bohyni l\u00e1sky Venu\u0161i. Pravideln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd rok se v\u00a0\u010dervnu v\u00a0\u0158\u00edm\u011b po\u0159\u00e1daly obrovsk\u00e9 slavnosti r\u016f\u017e\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00ed legenda prav\u00ed, \u017ee podlaha komnaty, v\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e Kleopatra svedla Marka Antonia, byla a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e jednoho lokte vystl\u00e1na t\u011bmito kv\u00edtky. Mohla se trhat pouze v\u00a0p\u00e1tek, to byl den, kter\u00fd j\u00ed byl zasv\u011bcen, jinak by se \u00fadajn\u011b jej\u00ed \u010darovn\u00e1 moc vytratila. Bohyn\u011b Freyja byla tak\u00e9 ochr\u00e1nkyn\u011b plodnosti a pomocnice p\u0159i porodu. Z&nbsp;olivov\u00e9ho oleje a hladk\u00e9 mouky ud\u011bl\u00e1me j\u00ed\u0161ku, z\u0159ed\u00edme ji vodou a p\u0159id\u00e1me nastrouhanou mrkev, ko\u0159en\u00ed, mo\u0159skou s\u016fl, \u0159asy nori a va\u0159\u00edme asi p\u016fl hodiny. Marmel\u00e1du skladujeme v&nbsp;ledni\u010dce. A pro zdrav\u00ed \u0161\u00edpkov\u00fd lik\u00e9r&#8230;Posiluj\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1pojem, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pro star\u0161\u00ed osoby je \u0161\u00edpkov\u00fd lik\u00e9r. P\u0159iprav\u00edme si jej tak, \u017ee 1 litr \u0161\u00edpkov\u00fdch plod\u016f a p\u016fl kilogramu cukru nech\u00e1me ve 3 litrech \u017eitn\u00e9 p\u00e1lenky asi 10 dn\u016f na tepl\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b louhovat. Pak dob\u0159e p\u0159eced\u00edme a nalijeme do sklen\u011bn\u00e9 lahve.
