Je na n\u00e1s \u2013 rodi\u010d\u00edch, prarodi\u010d\u00edch, ale tak\u00e9 u\u010ditel\u00edch, vychovatel\u00edch i \u0161irok\u00e9 rodin\u011b \u2013 abychom je p\u0159itom spr\u00e1vn\u011b doprov\u00e1zeli. Na\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edm je, aby na\u0161e d\u011bti byly zdrav\u00e9, siln\u00e9 a tak\u00e9 aby byly schopn\u00e9 odol\u00e1vat stresu. V\u00fdzkumy posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00ed potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00fd\u017eiva je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f zdrav\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje a funkce lidsk\u00e9ho organismu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ji lze ovlivnit, a tak je na n\u00e1s, abychom d\u011bti od \u00fatl\u00e9ho v\u011bku vedli ke spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm stravovac\u00edm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm a k preferenci d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch a zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch potravin.<br><strong>V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b na n\u00e1s dol\u00e9h\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se \u010dasto li\u0161\u00ed, a proto se mnoho rodi\u010d\u016f i vedouc\u00edch \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddelen pt\u00e1, co d\u011btem (i dosp\u011bl\u00fdm) ve strav\u011b opravdu prosp\u00edv\u00e1 a co jim naopak m\u016f\u017ee u\u0161kodit<\/strong>? My v\u0161ichni, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u00e1me za v\u00fd\u017eivu d\u011bt\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost, bychom m\u011bli vz\u00edt do hrsti zdrav\u00fd rozum, nenechat se zm\u00e1st p\u0159ehnanou komer\u010dn\u00ed (ale n\u011bkdy i \u201eporadenskou\u201c a r\u00e1doby \u201eodbornou\u201c) nab\u00eddkou a za\u010d\u00edt d\u011btem nab\u00edzet skute\u010dnou, p\u0159irozenou, nefal\u0161ovanou, nechemizovanou, na\u0161i dom\u00e1c\u00ed (rozum\u011bj evropskou) stravu. To by m\u011bl b\u00fdt z\u00e1klad a c\u00edl na\u0161eho sna\u017een\u00ed. Na takov\u00e9 strav\u011b \u017eily cel\u00e9 dlouh\u00e9 generace p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi a n\u00e1\u0161 metabolismus je na ni p\u0159ipraven. Mo\u017en\u00e1 nam\u00edtnete, \u017ee lidsk\u00fd organismus je p\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00fd, ale p\u0159izp\u016fsobov\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ky lidsk\u00e9ho organismu jde velmi zvolna, a hlavn\u011b s sebou nese spousty \u201epadl\u00fdch\u201c a nezdrav\u00fdch (nejen) bun\u011bk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u011bco z\u00a0historie<\/strong><br>Po skon\u010den\u00ed 2. sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky Evropa trp\u011bla nedostatkem potravin. U n\u00e1s byla pozornost postupn\u011b soust\u0159ed\u011bna hlavn\u011b na produkci masa, ml\u00e9ka a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, vajec, mouky a cukru. Za p\u0159edchoz\u00edho re\u017eimu existoval ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed obor V\u00fd\u017eiva lidu, kter\u00fd se zab\u00fdval zejm\u00e9na mno\u017estv\u00edm zkonzumovan\u00fdch potravin a z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u017eivin na osobu a o souvislostech stravov\u00e1n\u00ed se zdrav\u00edm se v\u016fbec neuva\u017eovalo. Zdravotn\u00ed stav lid\u00ed se v\u0161ak st\u00e1le zhor\u0161oval.<br>V\u00a080. letech 20. stolet\u00ed k\u00a0n\u00e1m ze z\u00e1padn\u00edch zem\u00ed za\u010daly pronikat informace o v\u011bdecky prok\u00e1zan\u00e9m vlivu v\u00fd\u017eivy na zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka a o zdrav\u00e9m \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu. Po\u0159izovaly se jejich tajn\u00e9 kopie a rozd\u00e1valy se z\u00e1jemc\u016fm. Za\u010d\u00e1tkem \u201eosmdes\u00e1tek\u201c u n\u00e1s vznikla skupina odborn\u00edk\u016f, laik\u016f a p\u0159\u00e1tel z\u00a0\u0159ad zdravotn\u00edk\u016f, biochemik\u016f, potravin\u00e1\u0159\u016f, dom\u00e1c\u00edch p\u011bstitel\u016f a chovatel\u016f, l\u00e9\u010ditel\u016f a jin\u00fdch alternativc\u016f, kter\u00e1 si dala do v\u00ednku p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu a a\u017e do devades\u00e1tek pracovala pod \u010cesk\u00fdm svazem zahr\u00e1dk\u00e1\u0159\u016f pod n\u00e1zvem P\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivy. Byla jsem mezi nimi a koncem osmdes\u00e1tek jsme m\u011bli cca 3\u00a0000 \u010dlen\u016f. Na\u0161e pr\u00e1ce po listopadu 1989 byla doslova pr\u016fkopnick\u00e1, a hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u00ed bylo edukovat na\u0161i ve\u0159ejnost ve zcela nov\u00e9 oblasti \u017eivota \u2013 zdrav\u00e9m \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu a zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zdrav\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva a zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl dnes<\/strong><br>Od pr\u016fkopnick\u00fdch devades\u00e1tek uplynulo ji\u017e n\u00e1dhern\u00fdch 30 let, kdy jsme m\u011bli a st\u00e1le m\u00e1me mo\u017enost sledovat kladn\u00e9 statistiky v\u011bku do\u017eit\u00ed, ale i to, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 o svoje zdrav\u00ed zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed podstatn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u0159ed rokem1989. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee prevence, jej\u00ed\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je zdrav\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva, se stala d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u mlad\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed generace.<br><strong>Jak jsem ji\u017e zm\u00ednila, nyn\u00ed \u017eijeme v dob\u011b obrovsk\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru z\u00a0nab\u00eddky potravin z\u00a0cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, kdy je v\u0161e pod siln\u00fdm tlakem zisku, reklamy a komer\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f, a tak se do \u201eseznamu\u201c potravin zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy dost\u00e1v\u00e1 kde co.<\/strong> Na \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch informac\u00ed se pod\u00edlej\u00ed <strong>nejen nad\u0161en\u00ed, ale i nevzd\u011blan\u00ed bloge\u0159i a blogerky na internetu<\/strong>. Dokonce se tiskne i mnoho kucha\u0159ek, kn\u00ed\u017eek i magaz\u00edn\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou pln\u00e9 blud\u016f, a mnoh\u00e9 kulin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 po\u0159ady v\u00a0televizi propaguj\u00ed a\u017e zar\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem potraviny, kter\u00e9 do zdrav\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v\u016fbec nepat\u0159\u00ed. V\u00a0t\u011bchto receptech b\u00fdv\u00e1 hodn\u011b p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 hlavn\u011b mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f, tu\u010dn\u00fdch mas, uzenin apod. Obchodn\u00edci, v\u00fdrobci i dovozci d\u011blaj\u00ed, co mohou, aby trh potravin je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce zahltili zbytn\u00fdmi, nepot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi a mnohdy zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdmi \u010di alespo\u0148 neprosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edmi potravinami a v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdmi nesmysly z\u00a0cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee trend va\u0159it a hostit rodinku co nejn\u00e1kladn\u011bji, co nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi recepty, co nejtu\u010dn\u011bji, s\u00a0co nejv\u00edce sladk\u00fdmi dezerty a z\u00a0co nejexoti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edch drah\u00fdch potravin atd. p\u0159evzala ve\u0159ejnopr\u00e1vn\u00ed m\u00e9dia. <strong>Pravda, ob\u010das se objev\u00ed i n\u011bco o vyu\u017eit\u00ed zbytk\u016f, dom\u00e1c\u00edm p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed atd., ale v\u00a0z\u00e1plav\u011b na pohled l\u00e1kav\u00fdch nab\u00eddek blahobytu to \u00fapln\u011b zapadne.<\/strong><br>P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm o tom, kdy\u017e v\u00a0supermarketech pozoruji n\u00e1kupn\u00ed ko\u0161\u00edky mlad\u00fdch rodin i senior\u016f a p\u0159izn\u00e1m zde i n\u00e1\u0161 vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1kupn\u00ed ko\u0161\u00edk. Dnes nakupujeme mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b luxusn\u00edch potravin, m\u00e9n\u011b masa i drah\u00fdch s\u00fdr\u016f, zeleninu m\u00e1me na zahrad\u011b nebo kupujeme hlavn\u011b tu ko\u0159enovou jako \u0159epu, zel\u00ed, tedy dom\u00e1c\u00ed provenience. Exotick\u00e9 ovoce nekupujeme v\u00a0zim\u011b a na ja\u0159e z\u00a0principu nikdy, ve sklep\u011b m\u00e1me dostatek jablek a dostatek drobn\u00e9ho ovoce v\u00a0mraz\u00e1ku a tak\u00e9 p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b zava\u0159enin \u2013 d\u017eem\u016f, t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed a merun\u011bk. Zeleninu cel\u00fd rok fermentujeme, od Nov\u00e9ho roku v\u017edy za\u010dnu p\u011bstovat kl\u00ed\u010dky a v\u00fdhonky v\u0161eho druhu (mungo, \u0159e\u0159icha, zelen\u00e1 cibule z\u00a0p\u0159erostl\u00fdch cibulek, zelen\u00fd hr\u00e1ch, \u010do\u010dka, cizrna aj.). Bylo by fajn, kdyby realita rodinn\u00fdch n\u00e1kup\u016f byla aspo\u0148 n\u011bkde uprost\u0159ed popisovan\u00e9 situace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co d\u00e1t na tal\u00ed\u0159 d\u011btem<\/strong><br>Vra\u0165me se ke zdrav\u00fdm tradic\u00edm a dejme d\u011btem to, co opravdu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed.<br><strong>Nab\u00eddn\u011bme jim opravdu zdravou a p\u0159irozenou stravu! Podpo\u0159\u00edme tak jejich p\u0159irozen\u00fd v\u00fdvoj a r\u016fst a nau\u010d\u00edme je dobr\u00fdm stravovac\u00edm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm po cel\u00fd \u017eivot. \u00a0<\/strong><br>Plat\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 pravidlo, \u017ee pro d\u011bti nakupujeme z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 potraviny z\u00a0na\u0161eho bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho okol\u00ed a z podobn\u00e9ho klimatick\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma \u2013 v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti m\u016f\u017eeme za bl\u00edzk\u00e9 okol\u00ed pova\u017eovat Evropu.Pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny d\u011btem nekupujeme a nepod\u00e1v\u00e1me. Vznikaj\u00ed tak, \u017ee v\u00fdrobce z\u00e1kladn\u00ed potravinu nejprve rozlo\u017e\u00ed na jednotliv\u00e9 \u201emolekuly\u201c a ty pak zase spoj\u00ed, dochut\u00ed, p\u0159ibarv\u00ed, konzervuje, l\u00e1kav\u011b zabal\u00ed a zpropaguje. P\u0159irozen\u00e1 hodnota z\u00e1kladn\u00edch potravin je ztracena a potravina je bez energie a zcela bez \u017eivota, tedy bez vit\u00e1ln\u00ed energie!<br>D\u011btem mus\u00edme d\u00e1t to nejlep\u0161\u00ed. Jsou to na\u0161i n\u00e1sledovn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed musej\u00ed b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed a odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e my. Nejlep\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdchodiskem je p\u0159itom \u017e\u00edt p\u0159irozen\u011b a t\u00edm i zdrav\u011b a k\u00a0tomu v\u00e9st i svoje d\u011bti. V\u0161echna d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed ohledn\u011b stravov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed i maminek jsem shrnula v\u00a0kn\u00ed\u017ek\u00e1ch Nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed a koj\u00edc\u00ed maminky si va\u0159\u00ed chutn\u011b a zdrav\u011b, Pol\u00e9vky a ka\u0161i\u010dky pro nejmen\u0161\u00ed a Va\u0159\u00edme d\u011btem chutn\u011b a zdrav\u011b. Za hodnotu podan\u00e9ho pokrmu v\u017edy odpov\u00edd\u00e1 dosp\u011bl\u00fd, zat\u00edmco d\u00edt\u011b si vol\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e1kupn\u00ed ko\u0161\u00edk p\u0159irozen\u011b zdrav\u00fdch potravin<\/strong><br><strong>+ Zelenina a ovoce<\/strong><br>Nakupujeme to, co je z\u00a0dom\u00e1c\u00ed (evropsk\u00e9) produkce, pokud mo\u017eno v\u00a0biokvalit\u011b (z\u00a0ekologick\u00e9ho zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed). M\u00e1me-li mo\u017enost si zeleninu p\u011bstovat na vlastn\u00ed zahr\u00e1dce, nebo koupit u m\u00edstn\u00edho farm\u00e1\u0159e, jsou na\u0161e d\u011bti ve v\u00fdhod\u011b. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem pomeran\u010de, mandarinky, pomelo, grepy, ananas, pap\u00e1ja, avok\u00e1do, mango, fenykl, z\u00a0o\u0159ech\u016f ara\u0161\u00eddy, para o\u0159echy, pist\u00e1cie, ke\u0161u a jin\u00e9. Vhodn\u00e1 nen\u00ed ani zelenina p\u011bstovan\u00e1 jako hydroponie, proto\u017ee se neobejde bez mno\u017estv\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00e9 chemie.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>Tak se nenechte un\u00e9st bludy o obsahu vitaminu C v\u00a0ji\u017en\u00edch plodech. V\u011bt\u0161inu ztrat\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee se skl\u00edz\u00ed nezral\u00e9, a zbytek dlouhou p\u0159epravou a skladov\u00e1n\u00edm. V\u00a0t\u011bchto receptech b\u00fdv\u00e1 hodn\u011b p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 hlavn\u011b mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f, tu\u010dn\u00fdch mas, uzenin apod. Obchodn\u00edci, v\u00fdrobci i dovozci d\u011blaj\u00ed, co mohou, aby trh potravin je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce zahltili zbytn\u00fdmi, nepot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi a mnohdy zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdmi \u010di alespo\u0148 neprosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edmi potravinami a v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdmi nesmysly z\u00a0cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Exotick\u00e9 ovoce nekupujeme v\u00a0zim\u011b a na ja\u0159e z\u00a0principu nikdy, ve sklep\u011b m\u00e1me dostatek jablek a dostatek drobn\u00e9ho ovoce v\u00a0mraz\u00e1ku a tak\u00e9 p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b zava\u0159enin \u2013 d\u017eem\u016f, t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed a merun\u011bk.
