Dejte je do hrnce, zalijte horkou vodou a va\u0159te do zm\u011bknut\u00ed, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10-15 minut. Pak slijte vodu a nechte \u0159epu trochu zchladnout.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kousek z\u00e1zvoru oloupejte a nastrouhejte na jemn\u00e9m struhadle.&nbsp;Potom ho dejte do mix\u00e9ru, p\u0159ilijte pomeran\u010dovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu, s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dku a olej a rozmixujte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pl\u00e1tky \u0159epy nakr\u00e1jejte nadrobno, dejte do m\u00edsy a zalijte pomeran\u010dovo-z\u00e1zvorovou z\u00e1livkou.&nbsp;Prom\u00edchejte a podle chuti opep\u0159ete a dosolte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gril v troub\u011b rozeh\u0159ejte na 150 stup\u0148\u016f. P\u00e1nev rozeh\u0159ejte nasucho na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni (stupe\u0148 2-3), dejte na ni sezamov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka a lehce je opra\u017ete, zv\u00fdrazn\u00edte jejich chu\u0165.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kostky tofu dejte na plech pota\u017een\u00fd pe\u010dic\u00edm pap\u00edrem a z obou je stran ogrilujte \u2013 trv\u00e1 to asi p\u011bt minut z ka\u017ed\u00e9 strany.
