Hana Fedora Smejtkov\u00e1<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mil\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i, tento \u010dl\u00e1nek za\u010dnu nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pot\u011b\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed informac\u00ed: r\u016fzn\u00fdmi typy pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nohou trp\u00ed asi 40 % v\u0161ech lid\u00ed v Evrop\u011b<\/strong>. Asi polovinu t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f tvo\u0159\u00ed pl\u00edsn\u011b, vznikl\u00e9 \u00a0v\u00a0d\u016fsledku na\u0161eho blahobytn\u00e9ho \u017eivota (vysv\u011btl\u00edm n\u00ed\u017ee). N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed vady ortopedick\u00e9 a za nimi pak ku\u0159\u00ed oka a bradavice a dal\u0161\u00ed\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160irok\u00e1 nab\u00eddka neduh\u016f<\/strong><br>Pokud si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee pat\u0159\u00edte do 60% skupiny osob, kter\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s\u00a0nohama nemaj\u00ed a nem\u011bli, nahl\u00e9dn\u011bte do n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159ehledu probl\u00e9m\u016f a neduh\u016f (pokusila jsem se je sestavit do ur\u010dit\u00fdch logick\u00fdch celk\u016f): \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>porucha prokrven\u00ed, \u017eiln\u00ed probl\u00e9my, k\u0159e\u010dov\u00e9 \u017e\u00edly, ucp\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00e9v, tromb\u00f3za \u017eil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ischiatick\u00e9 bolesti, probl\u00e9my s\u00a0plot\u00e9nkami, v\u00fdh\u0159ez plot\u00e9nky<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>klouby: \u00faraz, infekce, z\u00e1n\u011bt kloubu, revma, artr\u00f3za, artritida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>syndrom neklidn\u00fdch nohou, k\u0159e\u010de, polyneuropatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Becht\u011brevova nemoc, posti\u017een\u00ed m\u00edchy, nervov\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>z\u00e1n\u011bt \u0161lach, zhmo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, krevn\u00ed v\u00fdron, fraktura, natr\u017een\u00ed vazu, p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed vazu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ostruha, trhliny v\u00a0pat\u011b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vbo\u010den\u00fd palec &#8211; Hallus vagus, klad\u00edvkovit\u00e9 nebo dr\u00e1povit\u00e9 prsty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>otoky nohou, diabetick\u00e1 noha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>omrzliny, sp\u00e1leniny, ko\u017en\u00ed probl\u00e9my<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pl\u00edsn\u011b, ku\u0159\u00ed oka, bradavice, b\u00e9rcov\u00e9 v\u0159edy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Troufla bych si tvrdit, \u017ee va\u0161e \u0159ady pro\u0159\u00eddly. T\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed z\u016fstali, m\u016f\u017eeme jen gratulovat a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je hned za\u010d\u00edt p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovat, aby nezapom\u00ednali na prevenci.\u00a0\u00a0 Jinak by se mohli \u010dasem za\u0159adit mezi n\u00e1s, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee m\u00e1me. <strong>Pokud jsme si n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f p\u0159iznali, m\u016f\u017eeme se soust\u0159edit na jejich zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed nebo odstran\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159ehled obecn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din<\/strong><br>Jak jsme vid\u011bli, probl\u00e9m\u016f spojen\u00fdch s nohama existuje velmi mnoho, a proto tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jejich vzniku budou po\u010detn\u00e9 a rozmanit\u00e9 a jist\u011b v\u0161echny nepojmenujeme. K\u00a0t\u011bm obecn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdm pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0161patn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, nespr\u00e1vn\u00e1 ch\u016fze, \u0161patn\u00fd postoj<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nedostatek pohybu, sedav\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zanedban\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de o nohy i o \u010dlov\u011bka jako celek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u00f3dn\u00ed trendy, nezdrav\u00e1 obuv, \u0161patn\u00e1 velikost obuvi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00farazy, rizikov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poruchy metabolismu, nap\u0159. cukrovka aj.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0161patn\u00e1 \u017eivotospr\u00e1va<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nadv\u00e1ha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady, vrozen\u00e9 vady<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>psychosomatika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto\u017ee cel\u00e1 problematika spojen\u00e1 se zdrav\u00edm nohou je opravdu velmi rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1, dotknu se v&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edm textu jen n\u011bkter\u00fdch vybran\u00fdch t\u00e9mat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pl\u00edsn\u011b<\/strong><br>Pl\u00edsn\u011b se mno\u017e\u00ed v\u0161ude, kde je teplo a vlhko. Nevhodn\u00e1 neprody\u0161n\u00e1 obuv, vlhk\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed baz\u00e9n\u016f, saun a spole\u010dn\u00fdch sprch p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky k\u00a0jejich rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl nab\u00edz\u00ed \u0159adu v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f \u2013 mast\u00ed, kr\u00e9m\u016f nebo pudr\u016f, ale vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee je zam\u011b\u0159en na l\u00e9\u010dbu projevu, l\u00e9\u010dba b\u00fdv\u00e1 dlouh\u00e1 a ne v\u017edy zcela \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu pojmenuje a l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed a\u017e alternativn\u00ed medic\u00edna a touto p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou je st\u00e1le dokola \u00a0opakovan\u00e1 nespr\u00e1vn\u00e1 \u017eivotospr\u00e1va. Pl\u00edsn\u011b na noh\u00e1ch jsou vlastn\u011b jen vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm projevem pl\u00edsn\u00ed ve st\u0159evech, a dokud se pl\u00edsn\u011b ve st\u0159evech neomez\u00ed na snesiteln\u00e9 minimum, nem\u00e1 nikdo nad\u011bji zbavit se probl\u00e9m\u016f vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch. Radost z\u00a0toho m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt opravdu jen ten farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl, nebo\u0165 lid\u00e9 st\u00e1le dokola nakupuj\u00ed prost\u0159edky, kter\u00e9 trochu funguj\u00ed, ale probl\u00e9m zcela nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se tady op\u011btovn\u011b rozepisovat o b\u00edl\u00fdch jedech (ml\u00e9ko, mouka, cukr), kter\u00e9 pl\u00edsn\u011b vy\u017eivuj\u00ed. Je pot\u0159eba zvolit n\u011bjak\u00fd radik\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u201ekart\u00e1\u010d\u201c na st\u0159eva, mo\u017enost\u00ed je \u0159ada, od p\u016fst\u016f a dietn\u00edch re\u017eim\u016f p\u0159es zelen\u00fd je\u010dmen, koloidn\u00ed st\u0159\u00edbro a yuccu shidigeru a\u017e po \u010desnek, r\u016fzn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 houby a dal\u0161\u00ed o\u010distn\u00e9 k\u00fary a recepty. Jen znovunastolen\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho symbiotick\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed ve st\u0159evech zajist\u00ed vymizen\u00ed pl\u00edsn\u00ed i z\u00a0nohou, zato v\u0161ak trvale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Patn\u00ed ostruha<\/strong><br>Patn\u00ed ostruha jsou kostn\u00ed v\u00fdr\u016fstky nebo v\u00e1penn\u00e9 zpevn\u011bn\u00ed v m\u00edst\u011b \u00faponu \u0161lach na patn\u00ed kost. Jej\u00ed vznik b\u00fdv\u00e1 obecn\u011b interpretov\u00e1n jako mechanick\u00e9 p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fapon\u016f na patn\u00ed kost. Jak se t\u011blo sna\u017e\u00ed tomuto p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed br\u00e1nit, zpev\u0148uje toto p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 m\u00edsto a vypou\u0161t\u00ed do n\u011bj v\u00e1penat\u00e9 prvky. Vznik patn\u00ed ostruhy m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit i no\u0161en\u00ed nevhodn\u00e9 obuvi. Z\u00a0pozice reflexn\u00ed terapie vn\u00edm\u00e1me u ostruhy nav\u00edc v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 souvislosti se \u017eivotospr\u00e1vou a metabolismem. V oblasti paty se v\u00a0reflexn\u00edm pojet\u00ed nach\u00e1z\u00ed reflexn\u00ed plo\u0161ka tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva. To m\u00e1 v\u00a0t\u011ble hlavn\u011b vst\u0159eb\u00e1vac\u00ed funkci &#8212; m\u00e1 za \u00fakol p\u0159ijmout ze \u017ealudku a dvan\u00e1ctern\u00edku natr\u00e1venou potravu v\u00a0ka\u0161ovit\u00e9 podob\u011b a rozd\u011blovat ji na l\u00e1tky pot\u0159ebn\u00e9, kter\u00e9 si organismus ponech\u00e1 a na odpad, ur\u010den\u00fd k\u00a0co nejrychlej\u0161\u00edmu opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bla. Bohu\u017eel p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vlivem stresu a nevhodn\u00e9 skladby j\u00eddla \u010dasto do tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva nep\u0159it\u00e9k\u00e1 ka\u0161e, ale je\u0161t\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u011b natr\u00e1ven\u00e1 potrava, kter\u00e1 se nalep\u00ed na st\u0159evn\u00ed st\u011bny a tam proces tr\u00e1ven\u00ed pokra\u010duje. N\u011bkdy to trv\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b dlouho, ne\u017e se potrava rozlo\u017e\u00ed (hnije, tleje, kvas\u00ed), n\u011bkdy to vypad\u00e1, jakoby se nalepila ve st\u0159evn\u00edch klk\u00e1ch a tam zkamen\u011bla. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto \u201ezkamen\u011bliny\u201c v\u00a0tenk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b se daj\u00ed reflexn\u011b vysv\u011btlit jako podn\u011bt pro vznik ostruhy. K\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010db\u011b ostruhy se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 ortopedick\u00e9 vlo\u017eky nebo alespo\u0148 zm\u011bk\u010den\u00ed pod patu, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee na patu, vhodn\u00e1 obuv, l\u00e9ky nebo masti \u2013 reflexn\u00ed terapeut v\u00e1m nav\u00edc p\u0159id\u00e1 mas\u00e1\u017e a stimulaci plo\u0161ky, k\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed o \u017eivotospr\u00e1v\u011b a t\u0159eba tinkturu z\u00a0kopretiny \u0159imbaby na vnit\u0159n\u00ed u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, aby se stav ve st\u0159ev\u011b upravil. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Klouby pln\u00e9 jed\u016f<\/strong><br>Velmi \u010dast\u00fdm neduhem dne\u0161n\u00ed doby jsou bolesti kloub\u016f, kter\u00e9 u\u017e zdaleka nepostihuj\u00ed jen star\u0161\u00ed generaci. Je to op\u011bt d\u016fsledek blahobytu a \u0161patn\u00e9ho metabolismu, kdy si metabolick\u00e9 toxiny v\u00a0podob\u011b kyselin vyb\u00edraj\u00ed pro sv\u00e9 p\u016fsobi\u0161t\u011b oblasti kloub\u016f, nap\u0159. hlavn\u00ed kloub palce u nohy nebo ky\u010dle, ale zn\u00e1me i \u201etenisov\u00fd loket\u201c \u010di \u201ezamrzl\u00e9\u201c rameno. Kyseliny doplavou ke kloub\u016fm a tam vykrystalizuj\u00ed do sol\u00ed. Soli se na sebe ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed podobn\u011b jako kor\u00e1lov\u00fd \u00fates, a tak vznik\u00e1 postupn\u011b jak\u00e1si bari\u00e9ra, kter\u00e1 za\u010dne br\u00e1nit p\u0159\u00edvodu v\u00fd\u017eivy pro chrupavky. Ty pak n\u00e1sledn\u011b ub\u00fdvaj\u00ed na s\u00edle i pru\u017enosti a\u017e m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k\u00a0jejich \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9mu nebo pln\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed. T\u0159en\u00ed, vyvolan\u00e9 pohybem kost\u00ed v kloubu bez aktivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti chrupavky, je pak v\u011bt\u0161inou velmi bolestiv\u00e9 (artr\u00f3za). Nashrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 jedy vytvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 velmi kysel\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, a to je \u017eivn\u00e1 p\u016fda pro v\u00fdskyt a hlavn\u011b mno\u017een\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch vir\u016f a bakteri\u00ed, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se v\u00a0kloubu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt a z\u00a0artr\u00f3zy se st\u00e1v\u00e1 artritida. O p\u0159\u00edtomnosti z\u00e1n\u011btu se vedle zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 bolestivosti p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00edme i dotekem, nebo\u0165 z\u00e1n\u011bt\u00a0 se v\u017edy projevuje horkost\u00ed posti\u017een\u00e9ho m\u00edsta. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00edme, \u017ee klouby pat\u0159\u00ed prvku d\u0159eva, spojujeme je hlavn\u011b se \u017elu\u010dn\u00edkem a spr\u00e1vnou funkc\u00ed jater, o kosti se zase star\u00e1 prvek vody, zastoupen\u00fd ledvinami. P\u0159id\u00e1me-li svaly podl\u00e9haj\u00edc\u00ed zemi a krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh pat\u0159\u00edc\u00ed do sf\u00e9ry ohn\u011b a nezapomeneme-li na \u201epopel\u00e1\u0159e\u201c tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo v\u00a0kovu, dojde n\u00e1m, \u017ee op\u011bt mus\u00edme \u0159e\u0161it cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ne jen jeho viditelnou (a bolavou) \u010d\u00e1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze a dobr\u00e9 boty<\/strong><br>Bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze m\u00e1 blahod\u00e1rn\u00fd vliv na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed a p\u016fsob\u00ed jako takov\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u00e1 \u201egeo-reflexologie\u201c. Kdy\u017e chod\u00edte naboso, chod\u00edte spr\u00e1vn\u011b a p\u0159irozen\u011b. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u00a0chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dnech se \u201ebosov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c v\u011bnujeme jen kr\u00e1tkou, omezenou dobu, b\u011bhem n\u00ed\u017e se nohy stimuluj\u00ed a ne\u017e sta\u010d\u00ed vychladnout, zabal\u00edme je do tepl\u00fdch pono\u017eek nebo namo\u010d\u00edme doma do tepl\u00e9 vody. V l\u00e9t\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme bosou ch\u016fzi zkou\u0161et bez omezen\u00ed.  Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je v l\u00e9t\u011b s bosou ch\u016fz\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt, pos\u00edlit svou imunitu a pak m\u016f\u017eete pokra\u010dovat i v\u00a0chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch obdob\u00edch roku. Tak jako p\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b u reflexn\u00edho terapeuta v\u00e1s p\u0159i ma\u010dk\u00e1n\u00ed nohou bol\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b ty reflexn\u00ed plo\u0161ky, jim\u017e odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed org\u00e1ny nejsou zcela v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku, stejn\u011b to plat\u00ed u bos\u00e9 ch\u016fze. \u010c\u00edm jste zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b probl\u00e9m\u016f budete m\u00edt s\u00a0komplikovan\u00fdmi zemsk\u00fdmi povrchy, jako jsou \u0161t\u011brkovan\u00e9 cesti\u010dky, obl\u00e1zkov\u00e1 \u010di p\u0159\u00edmo kam\u00ednkov\u00e1 pl\u00e1\u017e aj. Komu z\u00a0n\u00e1s se poda\u0159\u00ed bez \u00fajmy se prob\u011bhnout po strni\u0161ti jako to d\u011blali na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9? Nezb\u00fdv\u00e1, ne\u017e tr\u00e9novat a vedle ma\u010dk\u00e1n\u00ed reflexn\u00edch plo\u0161ek p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f postupn\u011b zvy\u0161ovat n\u00e1ro\u010dnost ter\u00e9nu p\u0159i bos\u00e9 ch\u016fzi.<br>Pro ty choulostiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00e1m dobrou zpr\u00e1vu \u2013 na trhu jsou ji\u017e n\u011bjakou dobu tzv. \u017eiv\u00e9 boty, kter\u00e9 jsou navr\u017eeny v\u00a0anatomick\u00e9m tvaru chodidla. Umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed tak p\u0159irozen\u00e9 rozvinut\u00ed chodidla i no\u017en\u00ed klenby p\u0159i do\u0161lapu a jejich op\u011btovn\u00e9 smr\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i odrazu.
